At Groccery, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee, no questions asked.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • Products must be in their original condition with all original packaging intact
  • Food items must be unopened and uncontaminated
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
  • The product must not show signs of use or wear

How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your Groccery account and navigate to your order history
  2. Select the order containing the product you wish to return
  3. Click "Request Refund" and provide a reason for the return
  4. Follow the return shipping instructions provided
  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Return Shipping

For refund requests within 14 days of purchase, we'll cover the cost of return shipping. For requests between 15-30 days, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a tracked shipping method and keep your tracking number for verification.

Perishable Items

Due to food safety regulations, refunds for perishable items are only available if the product arrives damaged or defective. Perishable items must be returned within 2 days of delivery. Please include photos of the damage with your refund request.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Digital products or gift cards
  • Items purchased with a promotional or discount code (store credit only)
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items showing clear signs of use or damage beyond normal handling
  • Custom or made-to-order products

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
